Above Roofing exceeded our expectations. The crew worked hard and efficiently to complete the roof on our 3 bedroom ranch with attached garage in 1 day. They laid out tarps to cover shrubs and flower beds and used their "Equipter" to collect most of the roof debri. We ended up with a beautiful new roof, but most importantly know it was put on by a quality company!

In 2006 we contracted a company, which had a good reputation, to reroof our house. They outsource the job. When they were done we had nails sticking though our sun porch and other things. We received some monetary compensation.Sometime later our sunporch started to leak. I asked around to find a company and Above Roofing was recommended. We hired them.When they started work, they found some soft spots on the porch roof. They replaced some of the support boards. It has not leaked since.About about six weeks ago, We found we needed to replace our chimney. Which was done.To replace our roof, I contacted Above Roofing for the job. They were responsive and professional. They said the work would be done with there own people. They were careful when working around our garden which made my wife quite happy.

Jose, the team leader, and the rest of the crew from Above Roofing arrived promptly and early on the day the roof was to be done. They blew the leaves from my yard so that they could catch stray shingle scraps and nails as well as covering the base of the house with a big tarp. I was able to watch the progress of the work through the photos they posted to a URL assigned to my job. The new roof looks great. I haven't found any nails and the yard was left tidy and neat. They were able to save my gutters as well. Now as winter comes in or rain storms hit, I have peace of mind with my new roof from Above Roofing.

The team from Above Roofing did a fantastic job, from start to finish, with everything from communication to workmanship. I would highly recommend Above Roofing for their integrity. Ours wasn't a textbook job, it was frought with problems - it was destined to be a "learning" experience for everyone, including myself. What was so amazing to me was the customer care - I value that above all else when having a job done. Oh sure, it all came out perfect at the end, that was nice, but what was better was developing a new friendship with Traverse (the job boss), and witnessing the professional craftsmanship of those who did the install; Mike, Baley, and Elliott. I worked for Above Roofing as an employee and before that as a sub-contractor installing full roofs. This company is high quality from the top down. They treat their employees right and this leads to the employees doing quality work. The owner is a trustworthy and caring man. My coworkers in the repair department are top notch men. Terry, Elliot, and Ross are hard working, consistent, family men, fun, and do quality work in the most difficult circumstances. My boss Scott T in the production department is a consistently hard working strong leader. Jose is a real family man, always a fun conversation. Really everyone here seems to be focused on taking care of their families 👏🏼. My boss Scott G is an inspiration and a true gentleman (also an original G), I witnessed a minor miracle when I started working with him. After I failed to qualify for the position I wanted he prayed and God answered with a new opportunity for me that was brought to his attention the following work day (“the prayers of a righteous person has great power”). Linda is full of joy and spreads happiness, even keeping in touch with me during my surgery recovery to let me know she prayed for me (there’s no greater thing that can be done for someone than to bring their name to the one and only almighty God). The sales staff are focused on helping rather than taking from customers (Phill, Derick, Kevin 👍🏼). The front office are always a joy and they love to see new faces coming in to learn about Above Roofing (Ashley and Kelsey 👏🏼). The accounting team seem to love working here and work hard to make everything run smoothly (Alissa, Pam 🤌🏼). I will not forget when Robert and Pam brought me a care package when I was out sick, and would let me know that they also prayed for me. Above Roofing fixed a roof leak for us recently. We were extremely impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Their office staff is professional and extremely courteous. Scheduling was very easy. Micheal did our estimate and took the time to listen to our concerns and came up with a plan that ensured they would find and fix the leak. His team showed up to do the work and discovered it was more extensive than we thought initially. The team (Terry, Will, and Bailey) were amazing. They worked hard and diligently together to fix the leak and repair the damage it caused. They took extra care in making sure the problem was completely addressed and fixed everything so well, that we can’t even tell we had a leak. They were transparent and updated us through the entire process so there were no surprises at the end. I would recommend Above Roofing to anyone who needs honest roofing repairs with quality work and professional results.

In short: during a stressful time, Above Roofing was nothing but helpful, communicative, fast, reasonable, and flexible. I will recommend them to all my friends, family, and anyone looking for roof work.Story time: We bought a house, the roof was leaking water within 2 months of our move-in. We were obviously very disappointed and stressed, roof work was not disclosed by the previous sellers but we learned from the neighbors that they replaced the roof only a few years ago.We called in Above Roofing because they were highly rated here on Google (retrospectively, it's obvious why). They did a patch job targeting the spot that water was coming in, but during that process, they discovered that not only the previous roof work was iffy at best (rusted nails, poor placement of shingles), they used the wrong type of underlayment for the slope of our roof (water resistant, which only works for steeper roofs). Insurance wasn't going to cover that.Still though, we agreed a full roof replacement is best for the long term. They also advised an air-gap style of roof for our cathedral ceilings, and after doing some research online, that's exactly in line with what's recommended elsewhere. We got scheduled about a month out, everything was on time, work was done quicker than expected, and we love the look of our new roof. Also worth mentioning that we are definitely seeing improvements in our utility bills from that better insulation, so that was a good call!2 months after the roof installation, we are VERY pleased with our new roof, while having the confidence that it will last us a very long time with a warranty with a very reputable company that we know will be around for a while.Thanks again, guys. It's been a pleasure!

We had a very large skylight replaced in our 3rd story. Terry and Mike did an excellent job. Carried both windows up/down 3 flights, one was a spiral stair. No damage and all cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Friendly, thorough, kind, affordableI am beyond thankfull for all the work that was completed on our roof, repairing the leaks and making my home safe again. They were willing to work with Cornerstone Church to make everything happen for us. Working around my husbands hospital stay and even allowing me to make phone arrangements. Originally we were told about six weeks but the work was completed in less then four. They came back and did a thorough quality inspection, to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs in the future.

Five stars all around. Great communication, great follow-up, fast service, reasonable pricing and flexibility. Five stars. Michael and Elliot were terrific and really communicated well. My roof needs to be replaced but the timing with other construction congestion, association guidelines around construction. Made it impossible to handle the job. It came in and gave me a very reasonable price to make the necessary repairs to get me through it and understood my situation. I would highly recommend these guys based on the transaction and effectiveness of service. They stand behind their work as well but their business model is very flexible where they have repair crews that can deal with odds and ends aside from the regular crews. They fixed a few areas on my roof and we're out within about 2 hours.Win win and would highly recommend giving them a call and will be doing so when I need my roof replaced over the next couple of years.

Great service from start to finish. Good communication. Estimator took time to put together a detailed report and worked well with the insurance company. Crew took the time to listen and accommodate my requests. Careful with yard and gardens. Good cleanup. Quality work seemed to follow top industry standards. Partial roof repair after tree fell on our house, replaced flat roof (much better than original!) and some other smaller jobs (gazebo and shed). Everything looks great and built to last. Above Roofing did excellent work for me. They have a very well defined high quality "Hassle-Free Process" which involves a whole team of experts. It started when Phil inspected my roof and provided solutions and an estimate. My project involved three major parts: 1) A complete tear off, (2 layers), and all new replacement roofing. Julian and his installation crew (team of 5) did excellent work, completing the job in one 13 hour day. 2) Repair and installation of a flat roof over my three season porch. Tech team of Thomas, Dylan, and Phil did an excellent job. 3) Repair of garage eyebrow by Thomas and tech team also met all my expectations. The project concluded with a full inspectioin by Jose, the project supervisor. There was always very good communication. I was kept informed throughout the process. All my questions were answered. All materials and labor workmanship are under warrantee. I highly recommend Above Roofing.

Above Roofing is the best. They put my new roof on over 10 years ago and it was beautiful ! During the recent August wind storm my roof was damaged by a major portion of my maple tree. Two major holes and many damaged shingles meant a call back to Above Roofing. Derek Platte was amazing. He came out immediately and took numerous pictures and got the tarps put over the damage and got to work writing up the repair plan. When my insurance claims adjuster did not want to cover all the damage or my 50year warranty shingles Derek’s thorough reporting, pictures and insistence got the project 100% covered. The clean-up Above Roofing does on the property and the friendliness of all their employees are the icing on the cake! You will not be disappointed if you choose them for any roofing project!

I had damage to my roof from a hail storm last fall. I had my roof inspected for damage by two contractors, one being from Above Roofing. There was considerable damage that was noted. My insurance company fought to deny my claim and Nick from Above Roofing fought hard for me and in the end my insurance covered the replacement of my roof. The crew from Above Roofing went above and beyond. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. The speed and quality of their work is excellent. They are definitely worth a call and I would highly recommend them.

I had 5 roofs replaced on rental properties due to a recent hail storm, and a 6th one that needed replacement due to age. Above Roofing was so helpful. Phil came out promptly to inspect them, went to bat for me and offered to meet the insurance company when they only wanted to do partial replacements; the office staff was amazing as far as scheduling and notifying me for anything I needed to know; the installers were fast, efficient, very helpful and polite and let me know while they were on site if there was a repair needed that was not on the original estimate; billing was prompt and held no surprises. Pricing closely matched what the insurance company estimated. The sites were left neat and picked up. What could have been a month of hell turned out to be a fairly pleasant experience because of the service from Above Roofing. This is my roofing company going forward.

Above Roofing was just fantastic when they replaced my roof in 2020. A complete tear off, (2 layers), and all new replacement roofing in less that 7 hours. The area was policed for nails and debris before they left, and I couldn't find anything that they missed on the cleanup. The person that gave me the initial estimate was friendly and professional and the installation crew was just awesome. You can tell they worked as a team. I've used Above Roofing before and the quality of the work was great. So more recently when we had a very heavy rain I noticed a new water spot on my ceiling. So I called them up again and Phil came out and inspected the roof. After going inside of the attic and walking up on the roof he found a trouble spot and walked me through what was going on. It was determined that the issue what's presenting itself in a minor way. So Phil took it upon himself to do a quick fix free of charge. We have since had two more heavy rains and the fix has held up. Fantastic professional services from this team of folks. I will use them whenever I have to replace the entire roof.

I had my new roof done over the summer and the work was very good and done timely in spite of weather interruptions. After two years we had an issue after 3-or-4 layers of old shingles were removed. Consultation prior to the sale was awesome! Fully explained what roof was best for our wants and needs. Gave us plenty of options for colors, and additional insulation. We've used Above roofing several times. This included a front roof installation, ridge vent installation, repairs on the back roof, and recently rear roof replacement. Installers, inspectors, and the sales team were always helpful and responsive. Any issues were quickly addressed and as a customer, I felt important and well cared for. One of the installs was during the pandemic, when all companies were experiencing staffing difficulties. The issues I faced were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. When I contacted Above Roofing I was very skeptical. Robert Freeman effectively presented his options to me along with the reasons for the choice of products. After my neighbor's tree fell on my garage, a friend recommended Above Roofing. They came out right away and quickly provided an estimate. I chose Above Roofing based on their Google reviews and length of time in business, without the benefit of word of mouth. An inspector came out in short order and did a thorough inspection. The roofer arrived within the time estimated, and found additional issues with our vents due to past improper installation. After explaining and showing photos to detail the issues, the roofer performed the necessary repairs and cleaned up until you would never know he had been here. Communications from scheduling and billing were timely, and representatives were prepared to answer questions. Costs seemed to be in line with the last roofing company we hired. I was looking for good work at reasonable rates, not cheap repairs, and I felt the bill was reasonable. Our shingles couldn't be matched perfectly with comparable new, but the neatness of the work makes the contrast acceptable. I will call Above Roofing again, for repairs or when it comes time to reshingle.

Above Roofing stripped and re-roofed seven 4 unit condo's for PLVCA. They worked very professionally, efficiently with an 8 person crew so the work was completed rapidly. They did a great job cleaning up after each building and at the end of each workday. After the roofing was completed on each building, they re-checked each roof and magnetically checked for and picked up any nails around the buildings. Excellent Job done and we will plan on using them on future buildings.

Nick from Above Roofing was great! He went above and beyond investigating my roof. In the end he found my roof still had more years of life left to it and didn't need replacement. He even showed me pictures of minor damage and explained how to fix those issues myself! Who does that? Great company wish more were like this! Definitely will be getting my business in the future.

I started to have second thoughts about the color shingle I chose as pictures online did not look like the color I wanted. Above Roofing was kind enough to provide me with some local addresses of roofs they installed with the chosen color and I was able to view the houses to confirm that the color chosen was satisfactory. The roofing crew arrived at the house on time during a holiday weekend and wasted no time starting the work. All work performed by the crew was completed exactly the way it should have been and care was taken to ensure the shingles were laid and cut straight by using chalk lines. All underlayment was done correctly. No damage occurred to the house or yard during the process and despite finding a handful of nails, the cleanup was so thorough that I could not even tell they were there. I would definitely recommend Above Roofing!

Each of them - Kelsey, Bianca, Alissa, Ashley, Pam (hopefully I'm not missing any...) - were caring, courteous and helpful.The actual work was done over two days about two weeks apart - first the roof, then the gutters. In both cases, the job was finished up in about 1/2 day, and, once the crew was gone, the mess was too...completely. Very impressive. We didn't really get to interact with the crews much, beyond saying "hi". But Scott, the project supervisor, did a great job introducing himself, giving us a sense of how the work would go, and providing digital progress updates and pictures along the way.Most of all, now that it is all said and done, we are very pleased with the outcome.Taking on a big expense like a roof replacement is not something that we, or anyone, wants to do every day. Had a scary moment realizing after the most recent wind storm there were dark spots on the roof. Called Above Roofing for a quote to see how much damage had occurred, I assumed the worst. Gentleman came out to do the quote, was on time and well prepared with a ladder. After a quick chat he was on the roof taking a look. He was down moments later and into his truck to grab tools, and back up he went. He patched the damaged shingles and came down with photos to explain what happened and how he fixed it. I'm awestruck! We had several shingles blow off of the ridge vent on our roof from a recent wind storm. I called Above Roofing the next day and they came out a couple days later and got us in good shape to prevent leaks, then they came back a week later and replaced several shingles and got everything back to normal for a very reasonable price. Everyone we dealt with at Above Roofing was very helpful, friendly and professional.I would highly recommend Above Roofing for any roofing needs and we will definitely be using them for any future roofing needs.

Derek was awesome to work with getting a estimate. I feel he was the only one that was truthful in giving me a estimate out of all the estimates we got. We have a section of roof that is classified as a flat roof and he was the only one that said that you could not use shingles on it. The whole experience with Above Roofing was wonderful, the team of roofers we had were great the job, clean up and they were informative during the job. Kept us updated and the office staff was great also. They guarantee their workmanship the life of the roof. We had to have soffit work done and Above Roofing set that up with another business for us. My wife and I needed to replace our roof, but we didn't only want to do that, we also wanted to add a covered front porch. We had several roofing contractors come to the house and out of the two who were willing to also add a front porch we chose Above Roofing. The process was excellent. Unfortunately, due to the supply shortage there was a delay on some of the porch construction, but the porch builders worked well with the roofers and the job was completed without issues. We now have a new roof and a beautiful front porch. We also had the gutters modified for the porch and while were at it had screens installed over the gutters so no more climbing on the roof for me to clean them out. Excellent job by Above Roofing!

I’m a repeat customer. Above roofing installed my roof in 2010. They are meticulous, professional & have great customer service. I had a branch fall and put a hole through the roof over the garage. They came a few days after my call to provide an estimate and cover the hole until it could be repaired. The team came 5days later & completed the repair in about an hour. They resealed the vents and inspected the rest of the roof at no extra charge. Great service, and I trust them to do the repairs correctly

Updated Review! Once I reached out to Above Roofing Robert and his team went above and beyond to finish our service. A month later I ended up finding two nails in my front tire from the roofers. I reached out to Above Roofing and Robert the owner got right back to me within 10 minutes. He ended up paying for my new tire and a little towards my second tire. I really appreciate the service he provided and the numerous apologies for our service in the beginning! Thank you again! Will recommend!First review before contact from owner:Very disappointed. They did not clean up after themselves until we got higher ups involved the next day. Left trash, shingles, personal trash, nails all over our yard and deck overnight. Couldn’t even get out of my house because of all the trash left. Cleaned up the second day but did not clean up nails. Hard workers but don’t care to clean up after themselves. Spent a lot of time picking up nails and trash so my dog could go outside.

After asking friends and family for their recommendations on a company that could install gutters now and later replace skylights and our roofing, I looked into each one that was shared.The reviews for Above Roofing stood out.Their sales representative arrived on time, and was courteous in asking if we'd like him to wear a mask while in our home. The inspection he did was thorough, and uncovered some issues with the fittings around pipes on our roof. Those were quickly taken care of, and even though there has been unusually high amounts of rain in our area for much of summer, they still were able to complete the gutters install very near the time they anticipated in the original estimate.The yard was thoroughly cleaned of debris on the day the work was done.They look clean and have been put to the test by heavy rains, and function perfectly, as far as we can tell. Downspouts have been easy to temporarily move while mowing.I highly recommend Above Roofing for their professionalism, quality of work, and the warranties offered on that work.

We recently had some major repairs to our roof about a month ago and could not be happier with Above Roofing. First, Phil Edwards did a stellar job with his estimate and ensuring all of the little things would get addressed.On the day of the job, Glenn and his crew arrived and got to work right away. Glenn's crew did an outstanding job from the every beginning as the prepped the area around the house for debris removal to ensure everything would be disposed of properly. We were very impressed with his crew...very polite, hardworking, they paid attention to detail, and took pride in their work.At one point, they uncovered an additional problem in the chimney stack area and ensured the proper repairs were completed.We have used Above Roofing before to replace the roof on our pole barn and from that initial positive experience, we did not hesitate to call them again.I'm sure all of the crews used by Above Roofing are stellar but Glenn's crew was beyond our expectations...true pros!!You will NOT be disappointed by this company...they truly care about what they do and their hard earned stellar reputation!

We filled out an online form for an estimate, as we bought our home 7 years ago and neighbors speculation was that our roof was at least 12-15 years old. We were contacted the very next day and Erich showed up two days later to do the inspection. After contacting us, he actually showed up 20 minutes early. Parked on the road and asked if it was okay to park in the driveway. ( Of course it was he has huge ladders to put around). The inspection was THOROUGHLY done. He went up on the roof, then he crawled into the attic from the garage in the 90 degrees heat. He ALSO crawled up into a 3X4 hole in the top of our bedroom closet to access the top part of out tri level Attic. Unbelievably that he could get up in there but he did. Then he spent a good 45 minutes showing us pictures of our roof that in his opinion did not need a new roof yet ( has another 5-8 years left in it) what may be potential future problems, explained how to check on them, and gave us options. He was super polite and incredibly professional. We have had other roofs and homes and I have never seen " a roofing guy" who was so professional. It was great actually. So good job above roofing. Thanks for not selling us a roof we didn't need yet.....when we do we'll definitely be calling you back.

I highly recommend Above Roofing. Our garage is separate from the house and over 90 years old. The roof was 30 years old with a sagging midsection. Above Roofing added the necessary structural support beams to make it safe again. They also added a carport to the side and blended it in beautifully with the existing structure. Last touch was a gorgeous new roof! We had the siding replaced a few years ago, and they took care to not damage anything while they worked. Work crew were professional, respectful, and very talented and hardworking. Clean up was nearly flawless, just a couple nails missed. Very, very pleased. Highly recommend!

I was pleased with their ability to do the work in a timely manor. They kept me up-to-date on scheduling and if there were any delays. We can't say enough good things about Above Roofing. We have had the team back for several different jobs. Most recently to install a new roof and stop water leaks around our chimney. See attached picture. This team is fast and well organized! My father in law is on the board of a local condo project that hired Above Roof to redo their condo projects roofs. He recommended them highly. So we talked to them and one other. It was obvious in terms of punctuality, professionalism, thoroughness and confidence in what they know and what they do that these were the guys we wanted to deal with.The weather delayed schedules a little but they did a great job keeping us informed so we never felt like we had gotten "left behind." We have kind of a unique driveway and they made certain that the way their vehicles were parked didn't cause problems for us to get in and out. When the guys were onsite, they were friendly, took their time to make sure we knew what was going on and what they were finding (since it was a repair) and everything went well. They cleaned up great and left with a clean property, a handshake and a smile. There was only one extremely minor thing that didn't go as planned. My recollection is that the week before, they left a message that said they would call either Friday or Monday to confirm which "half day" of that week they would be here. Monday, I didn't hear from them. Tuesday morning, I was just thinking I should give them a call and find out when I could expect them. 5 minutes later, they pulled in the driveway. That is the only place that things didn't go better than expected. If I could, I would give them a 4.8 or 4.9 but that one thing is definitely not important enough to knock it down to a 4. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.TJV

Erich stuck with us for months as we decided exactly how to best address a roof leak that created an unexpected ceiling collapse in our living room. We noticed some water damage on our ceiling and suspected a roof leak. I contacted Above Roofing and they were able to send out their estimator (Phil) that same day. Phil got up in the attic and on the roof and took pictures of what needed fixing so he could show me. He then got me on the schedule and the work was completed within the next two weeks. This was amazing because this was during a time of heavy rain and storms so they were quite busy. I did not think that I would be able to have the problem addressed this quickly and appreciate their response time.

Needed 4 boots replaced on my roof to stop some water dripping down to my basement. I was able to have someone take a look and get a quote the same day. Repair happened in the timeline that was given when I signed the quote and the issue is fixed. I was told I have another 2-3 years on my roof so when it’s time to replace, I’ll be giving Above Roofing the call.

My experience with Above Roofing was very pleasant from the beginning. Phil, the first one I met from Above Roofing, was very helpful and made the whole process of deciding what to do about roofing my house much easier. Everything was done just as he said it would be. Their bid was competitive, they were pro-active in communicating with me as to when they could do the work given the changing weather, and they showed up on time, worked hard, and even went the extra mile by coming back the next morning to assure that a second coat of sealant was applied to our flat roof. We had issues with our ceiling in one of our bedrooms, leaking after days of significant rain. This was on a Thursday evening. I called Above Roofing Friday morning and spoke to Bianca, she was very helpful. She let me know that Robert was able to swing by that same night and take a look at our problem. He was very thorough, checking out the attic space above the bedroom and spent some time on the roof, taking pics and was able to determine the cause of the leak. He emailed a quote the following morning and said he could fit us in within the next week or two. Our repair was done just over a week later, within a few hours. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional! I appreciate Robert being honest and upfront with the damage and what the repair would entail. I would highly recommend Above Roofing!

We had tree damage to our roof - which had been replaced six years earlier by Above Roofing. We called for an estimate and their response was just like our earlier experience - responsive, professional, and friendly. From the quote to the actual repair, my wife and I have a great experience. Erich was very informative and able to answer any of our questions concerning the leak we had. The actual repair of the roof matches the existing shingles almost perfectly, and was completed in a day with zero scrape or waste left behind.In the future when we need a new roof, we will definitely come back to Above Roofing.

I would highly recommend Above Roofing for any roofing needs. A few weeks back I had a couple leaks in my roof and Erich came over to see what was going on. Erich was very professional and on time, after his inspection he recommended that I try some minor fixes on my own. I was able to fix what he recommended and it fixed my leak, Erich saved me from filing a claim and paying my deductible. Thank you for professional/honest help!

We were quoted for a new roof two years ago and they said we DIDN'T need a new roof and that a competitor was lying to us saying as needed a $20,000 roof. We called them back to fix a leak just recently and they went above and beyond. Our roofer called when he arrived and was very courteous and noticed some extra small stuff that he fixed at no extra charge than what was originally agreed on to "surprise us". I would recommend this company to anyone as they are honest and upfront through the entire process. They care more about customer service than getting a huge sale and that is the true secret to a successful business. Thank you again!

We used Above Roofing for a full roof replacement and they did a fantastic job. The work was top notch, everyone on their team was friendly and helpful, and the price was very fair. We got a few estimates before proceeding with Above and other companies had quoted us double what Above did for the same type/color of shingles but with half of the warranty offered by Above. Above was able to get the job completed in a day and a half and they did excellent with cleanup. Every single person we worked with always had a smile on their face and were eager to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Above Roofing - they were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job!

David came out to look at my gutter system. He suggested that I didn't need a new gutter system and sent me a detailed report with pictures on some fixes that I need to have done to keep my gutter system working properly. He did not charge me for this service even though he took the time out of his schedule to look at my gutter system and write and send the report with pictures. I will definitely call them first when I need a new roof or gutters!

Above Roofing does such a good job. They put a new roof on a few years ago, three years ago they put new windows and siding on. I needed some work done around my chimney. They came out and put a sealant on the brick and new flashing around the chimney. They do excellent work. They clean up as they go. They are friendly and professional. I have recommended to several of my friends. They also have been pleased with their work as well.

Just had Above Roofing install a Sun Tunnel skylight and a new ridge vent. From the time the job was quoted to the point of completion, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing, to work with me on placement, and to provide the product details I needed. They minimized the mess by laying down tarps and cleaning up afterward. Oh, and they completed the job an hour before lunch. Two thumbs up.

We have a 100 year-old home that has a balcony off an upstairs bedroom. Under the Wolmanized wood flooring, was the original tin roof and there was a leak into the half bath and breakfast nook below. Of 6 roofing companies that advertise doing residential flat roofs, 3 didn't even return my voice mail, 2 said they'd have to check with the boss because it was a small job, then never called back, and Above Roofing came the next day to do a bid. Because we didn't get multiple bids, I can't comment on the cost, but we have been so impressed with the professionalism, communication, education, and timely completion of the job. While on vacation, we received a courtesy call that they were at our home putting a temporary fix on the roof to prevent further water damage until they could complete the job. The job was completed within two weeks. One important thing to note is that their roofers are not subcontracted, they are valued employees of the company. Everyone is background checked and drug tested. A totally impressive company.

I appreciate good service however when I am the beneficiary of OUTSTANDING SERVICE from all four Above Roofing team members (I say team and not employees because employees do a job team members support each other to be sure the customer is satisfied) the team I experienced from Ashley the welcoming-friendly and kind first contact, to Erich the excellent estimator who was thorough, friendly patient and acrobatic in crawling through my attic, then Courtney another gentle, friendly caring voice and ending with Jason, the Michael Angelo of Roofing truly amazing work. I cannot even tell there was a repair and l have a 15 year old roof amazing job and Jason could not have been nicer which seems to be a wonderful theme for Above Roofing teammates.
